That&#8217;s why they can&#8217;t be exchanged or returned.<\/p><p>The colors of the products you order might vary slightly (around 5\u20137%) because of how screens show colors.<br \/>Also, since these products are handmade, there might be slight differences between them.<\/p><p>We don&#8217;t accept requests for canceling orders or getting refundsWe didn\u2019t have a return or exchange policy, but now we might ask for a video when you open your parcel for an exchange.<\/p><p>If you want to exchange, email us at thebaegifts@gmail.com within 2 hours of getting your order. The product&#8217;s packing should be untouched, and the product itself should be perfect.<\/p><p>We&#8217;ll exchange only after getting the product back in our warehouse and checking its quality. For damaged or defective items, we&#8217;ll exchange for the same product and personalization, but shipping charges won\u2019t be refunded if applicable.<\/p><p>After you request an exchange, we&#8217;ll collect the product within 7 working days.
