At “THEBAEGIFT,” we make products just for you, as per your choice, and they’re really special to us. Because they’re personalized, we create them from the beginning. That’s why they can’t be exchanged or returned.
The colors of the products you order might vary slightly (around 5–7%) because of how screens show colors. Also, since these products are handmade, there might be slight differences between them.
We don’t accept requests for canceling orders or getting refundsWe didn’t have a return or exchange policy, but now we might ask for a video when you open your parcel for an exchange.
If you want to exchange, email us at thebaegifts@gmail.com within 2 hours of getting your order. The product’s packing should be untouched, and the product itself should be perfect.
We’ll exchange only after getting the product back in our warehouse and checking its quality. For damaged or defective items, we’ll exchange for the same product and personalization, but shipping charges won’t be refunded if applicable.
After you request an exchange, we’ll collect the product within 7 working days. If you decide to send it yourself, do it within 24 hours of raising the request and pack it well to avoid damage during shipping.
